Active Membership (Dues: $100/year)
- Must be a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons
- Reside or practice in Cook County or the five abutting counties in Illinois (Lake, DuPage, Kane, Will, and McHenry)
- Conferred Corporation rights and privileges:
- Vote
- Hold office
- Become Board of Trustees member
- Serve on Corporation committees
Ex-Officio Members (Dues: Exempt)
- Active Members who are ≥ sixty-five (65) years of age
- Not eligible to hold office
- Conferred limited Corporation rights and privileges:
- Right to vote
- Become Board of Trustees member
- Serve on Corporation committees
Advisory Membership (Dues: Exempt)
- Any non-physician who has achieved preeminence in their field and who has made significant contributions to the field of trauma
- Ineligible to vote, hold office, or become a Board of Trustees member
- Eligible to serve on Corporation committees
Associate Member (Dues: $75/year)
- Non-Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (Non-FACS) physicians who are actively engaged in the care of trauma patients
- Ineligible to hold office
- Conferred limited Corporation rights and privileges:
- Right to Vote
- Become Board of Trustees members
- Serve on Corporation committees
Physicians-in-Training (Dues: $10/year)
- Any medical trainee (Student, Resident, Fellow) who demonstrates an interest in trauma related activities
